Role Overview
Supply Chain Analyst helps achieve procurement management operational objectives.
Reporting to the Divisional VP of Procurement, he/she will work closely with the procurement team and Product Line Managers to support the supply chain operations with special focus on data mining, data analysis, and maintaining procurement systems.
This role will be responsible for developing, reviewing, enhancing procedure and guidance documents for managing/executing daily planning activities/tasks.
As an integral member of the procurement team you will be involved in areas of master planning, forecasting, sourcing, inventory planning, logistics, and ERP optimization.
This is a high visibility role that will collaborate with the entire breadth of the organization to ensure transparent communication.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, 10 years prefered, in high volume inventory planning and forecasting.
- BS in Engineering / Business / Economics / Statistics or similar field with 5-8 years’ experience in a supply chain role. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and logistics a plus.
- Experience with Dynamics Navision ERP system modules, Jet Reports, Power BI and SQL is preferred
- Proven knowledge of inventory management modules in ERP
- Ability to pull and assimilate data from different systems
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
- Ability to handle overlapping projects, keep track of deadlines, and efficiently use their time in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including ability to work in a team environment, providing honest, direct feedback and history as a solid solutions-focused communicator.
- History of an ability to handle ambiguity, changing priorities and good judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to multitask, handle multiple issues and work under pressure while maintaining composure.
- Ability to document current functionality and process flows, and suggest areas for future improvements
