Key Responsibilities -
- Collect, check and analyse supply chain data from ERP, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, Workday and other business systems.

Track and report key supply chain metrics such as orders, backlog, fulfilment, forecast accuracy, lead times and delivery performance.

Upload monthly receipt data and On-Time Delivery (OTD) results into Zycus, working with teams to fix missing or incomplete information.

Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical skills and able to turn complex data into clear actions.

- Good understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, inventory, procurement, logistics and fulfilment.

Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data modelling.

- Experience using Power Query, Power BI and Power Automate, including DAX and knowledge of semantic models.

Experience using visualisation reporting tools such as PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau or similar

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, business, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, economics or a related field.

Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, operations, planning or data analyst role is desirable.

Professional supply chain or data qualifications, such as CIPS, APICS, Lean Six Sigma or Power BI certification, would be beneficial but are not essential
