Responsibilities
- Support global Trade Compliance and Operations teams with international trade regulation adherence.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain trade compliance and shipment processing documentation.
- Support audit readiness and compliance monitoring activities.
- Resolve trade-related challenges with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop certification documentation for global trade leadership approval.
- Assess suppliers against Free Trade Agreement eligibility and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports.
- Analyze sourcing, purchasing, and supplier performance data for trends and improvement opportunities.
- Report on on-time delivery, defects per million, spend, lead time, and cost savings.
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance across reporting platforms.
- Build data models, automate reports, and integrate data from ERP systems.
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic supply chain planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in supply chain analytics, trade compliance, operations, or procurement.
- Strong Excel proficiency, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and VBA.
- Hands-on Power BI experience for data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of data modeling and DAX.
- Experience with SQL and understanding of ETL concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and prioritization abilities.
