Role Overview
The Supplier Management Manager will lead supplier governance, performance management, relationship management, supplier development, risk monitoring, and continuous improvement across the supplier portfolio.
The role covers strategic and critical supplier relationships throughout onboarding, qualification, performance management, development, remediation, renewal, and exit.
The position is fully remote and supports an internationally distributed organization.
Supplier Strategy and Lifecycle
- Develop Supplier Management strategy, supplier segmentation, governance frameworks, policies, standards, operating procedures, and annual management plans.
- Manage onboarding, qualification, due diligence, approvals, documentation, supplier master data, monitoring, offboarding, and exit controls.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders throughout the supplier lifecycle.
Performance and Relationships
- Establish scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, performance targets, dashboards, review processes, corrective-action plans, and escalation mechanisms.
