Supervisor- Trade performance and space allocation

· Supervise booking activities, allocation management, and OPTIM maintenance across trade lanes.

· Ensure alignment with carrier contract agreements, including freight, commodity, and equipment requirements.

· Provide guidance to team members on carrier allocation, contract utilization, and customer requirements.

· Lead daily coordination with carriers and internal stakeholders to monitor operational performance.

· Act as an escalation contact for operational issues and carrier communication.

· Identify recurring issues, recommend corrective actions, and support issue logs or deviation reporting.

· Prepare and monitor KPI reporting related to data quality, process adherence, and carrier performance.

· Build and maintain strong working relationships across the global Trade Performance Center network.

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve workflows, productivity, and process compliance.

· Communicate operational alerts, updates, opportunities, and challenges clearly and proactively across the network.

· Supervise, coach, and support team members while promoting a collaborative, respectful, and accountable work environment.

· Undergraduate degree in Transport and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in transport and logistics, including experience coordinating carrier activities, allocations, bookings, or ocean freight operations.

· Previous team lead or supervisory experience is considered an asset.

· Fluency in both French and English.

· Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting tools.

· Strong leadership, coaching, and team coordination skills.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Solution-oriented approach with the ability to support process improvement and change adoption.
