The Project Manager, in our Zero-Defect Start-Up team based at Erskine Park NSW, is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across CEVA’s Pacific operations.

Projects may span one or multiple divisions, including Contract Logistics, Ground & Rail, and Finished Vehicle Logistics, and involve interdependent operational, systems, people, infrastructure and commercial workstreams.

Reporting to the General Manager – ZDS Implementation (Pacific), the role operates in a dynamic environment, supporting multiple concurrent projects and ensuring delivery outcomes align with customer contracts, regulatory requirements and CEVA’s operational and governance standards.

The role exists to provide structured project leadership, coordination and governance across the organisation, enabling CEVA to implement new customers, deliver business change and execute transformation initiatives effectively.

You’ll play a key role in delivering new customer implementations, major site launches and business transformation initiatives across CEVA’s Pacific network.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Oversee and deliver the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across CEVA’s Pacific business, supporting up to four concurrent projects at any one time.
