Role Overview
The Supervisor / Timekeeper monitors labour attendance, working hours, daily activities, productivity, and manpower allocation.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and record daily labour attendance and working hours, including attendance at the site and warehouse.
- Ensure workers report on time and record late arrivals, absences, and early departures.
- Monitor worker activities and productivity and allocate labour according to site requirements.
- Maintain accurate manpower, attendance, timesheet, and overtime records.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Project Managers and report labour issues or shortages to management.
- Ensure workers follow company rules and safety requirements.
- Prepare daily labour reports and assist with labour-related administrative work.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Timekeeper, Supervisor, or Labour Coordinator.
- Experience in interior fit-out or construction is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and monitor a large number of workers.
- Basic knowledge of attendance and timesheet records.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,000 to AED 1,200 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person, including site and warehouse attendance checks.
