Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of HR Talent Acquisitions by ensuring all vacant positions are filled within the time frame by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes.
- Advise the management of change and proactively lead the change through continuous improvement of functional systems, processes, and practices as per industry standards and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring activities including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring direct hires and supplementary manpower staff as per budget plan and approved organization chart.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to enable successful delivery of Company recruitment and hiring goals and objectives.
- Work with hiring managers to anticipate future hiring needs and plan for those needs to develop a recruitment and hiring strategy.
- Ensure fair and consistent treatment of applicants and candidates during the recruitment and hiring process
- Inform hiring managers of market data, recruitment efforts and tools when necessary.
