Requirements
- Qualifications: Formal Education, Certifications or Equivalents
- Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Post-secondary education in a mining related field is considered an asset .
- Work Experience: Nature & Length
- 7 or more year of mine operations experience.
- 2 or more years of experience in a leadership role .
- Key Competencies: Behaviours & Skills
- Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills.
- Sound knowledge of surface operations methods .
- Familiarity with mining regulations, occupational health and safety practices and emergency response.
- Proven ability to successfully lead teams in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.
- Established analytical and problem-solving skills.
