We are currently seeking a regular full-time Supervisor for our Supported Living Services to lead and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services for individuals and families, aligned with the organization’s mission, philosophy, values, and accreditation standards. The typical schedule is 37.5 hours/weekly between Monday to Friday, day shifts between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends based on program needs.
Reporting to the Director, Supported Living Services, this position is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, supervision, and coordination of supported living and community inclusion services that support adults with developmental disabilities. Working collaboratively with individuals served, families, support networks, CLBC representatives, community partners, and agency staff. This position may also require meeting licensing requirements as a supervisor.
The incumbent will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to innovative service development, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, employers, volunteers, and community partners.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in potentially high‑stress environments and apply positive behavioral support strategies and evidence‑based behavioral management principles to support safety, emotional regulation, and positive outcomes.
