- Supervise daily operations within the assigned department
- Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, labelled, and stocked
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Minimize shrinkage, wastage, and stock discrepancies
- Lead, motivate, and supervise departmental staff
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
- Provide coaching, training, and performance guidance
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Requirements
- 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a supermarket, hypermarket, or retail environment
- Experience in at least one of: Fruit & Vegetable Department, Grocery Department, or Department Store / General Merchandise
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and retail operations
- Familiarity with POS systems and stock management processes
- Good communication and problem solving abilities
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
