Position Information

Location and Schedule

• The position is located at East Crescent, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• The schedule is full time.
• The role is not remote and requires work at the hotel site.

Stewarding and Kitchen Support

• Direct and assist stewards to improve cleaning efficiency.
• Ensure appropriate water temperatures and cleaning product quantities, and record them.
• Assist with banquet food setup and distribution.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with tasks as needed.
• Provide cooks with required items and supplies.
• Support banquets and buffets by transporting items and maintaining sufficient supplies.
• Store cleaned items in the appropriate locations.

Equipment and Team Support

• Operate and maintain dishwashers, hand-washing stations, pot-washing stations, and waste compactors.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, discipline, motivation, and employee development.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company property.

Guest Service and Physical Duties

• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, communicate professionally, support teamwork, and meet quality standards.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place loads weighing up to 23 kilograms independently.
• Stand, sit, and remain in motion for extended periods, including bending and moving across slippery, uneven, or sloped surfaces.
• Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Desirable Qualifications

• A secondary school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• At least two years of related work experience is desirable.
• At least two years of supervisory experience is desirable.
• No license or certification is listed.
