Job Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced ELV Supervisor / Senior Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and carrying out the installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, team coordination, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily ELV installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Lead and guide ELV technicians, assigning tasks according to project requirements.
- Install, test, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intercom, structured cabling, SMATV, and other ELV systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Diagnose technical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the required timeline.
- Conduct inspections to ensure installations meet quality and project standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, and other technical teams.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare daily work reports, maintenance records, and progress updates.
- Follow company, client, and site health and safety requirements.
- Train and guide technicians on safe working practices and technical procedures.
