CCTV Operator

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator with a valid SIRA License to monitor surveillance systems and ensure the safety and security of company facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, identifying suspicious activities, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate security records.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Observe and identify suspicious activities, security breaches, and unusual incidents.
• Report incidents immediately to the Security Supervisor or concerned department.
• Monitor access points, entrances, exits, and other designated areas.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Review CCTV footage when required for investigations or incident reporting.
• Coordinate with security guards and supervisors during emergencies or security incidents.
• Ensure CCTV equipment and monitoring systems are functioning properly.
• Report any technical faults or equipment issues to the concerned team.
• Follow all company, client, and SIRA security regulations and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and security-related information.
• Prepare daily shift reports and handover notes.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
