The Regional Operations Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse, logistics, inventory, and facility-related functions for the region and its warehouse site. The incumbent will lead a front-line regional operations and warehouse team, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, support continuous improvement efforts, and maintain health, safety, and quality standards across warehouse operations.

Supervise daily shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control activities.

Facilitate internal inventory transfers between branches or departments.
Support compliance with transportation regulations and company shipping standards.
Monitor the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and facility grounds.
Report and coordinate maintenance or repair needs, including lighting, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Assist with routine safety inspections.
Participate in the follow-up of corrective actions related to safety or facilities.
Follow quality procedures and checklists aligned with ISO standards.
Report non-conformances.
Assist with root cause analysis.
Recommend and support the implementation of operational improvements.
Participate in creating or improving standard work instructions to increase efficiency.
Work closely with the Operations Director and cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, customer service, finance, and supply chain.
Provide updates on operational performance, issues, and resource needs.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Promote effective collaboration between regional and national teams.
College diploma or equivalent experience in logistics, warehousing, operations, or supply chain.
More than 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including team supervision experience.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Experience with inventory management systems and shipping platforms.
Knowledge of best practices in safety, warehousing, and operations.
