Supervisor of Quality Management System – Procedures
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a Supervisor of Quality Management System – Procedures to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management system procedures within the Service Quality & Performance Department.
The role will be responsible for managing documentation processes, supporting internal procedure development across departments, and ensuring quality management standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Attend quarterly Quality Committee meetings and support quality initiatives
🔹 Develop and maintain internal procedures for the Service Quality & Performance Department
🔹 Ensure management procedures are regularly reviewed and updated
🔹 Support departments in preparing internal procedures, user manuals, and training manuals
🔹 Maintain and update document distribution lists
🔹 Manage the document management IT system and ensure proper document control
Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering or related field
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management systems or documentation control
🔹 Good knowledge of management systems and procedures
🔹 English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
🔹 Certification as Management Systems Auditor (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001)
