Role overview
Big Mamma is seeking a Supervisor to join its London restaurant team.
The Supervisor reports to the Front-of-House Manager and represents the group's values in daily restaurant operations.
Service and performance
- Ensure excellent, consistent, and fast service and welcome guests.
- Optimize table turnover, service pace, and staff efficiency.
- Support average-check targets through briefings, sales training requests, performance monitoring, and coaching.
Front-of-house operations
- Ensure dining-room hygiene standards are followed.
- Propose initiatives to control front-of-house labor costs.
- Oversee team schedules.
- Manage orders and stock for wine, tableware, and aprons.
- Handle cash and ensure equipment is used and maintained properly.
