Role Overview
Big Mamma is hiring Hosts and Hostesses for its Gloria Dubai DIFC restaurant.
The contract is scheduled to start in October 2026.
Your Mission
- Welcome each guest with warmth and energy.
- Manage reservations and table assignments to maintain smooth service and short waiting times.
- Know the restaurant menu and wine list well enough to advise and inspire guests.
- Support waiters and runners as part of the front-of-house team.
