The Logistics Loading Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily outbound loading operations to ensure shipments are completed safely, accurately, and on time. This role leads a team of loading associates, coordinates with production, transportation, and planning teams, and drives efficiency, quality, and safety within the shipping function.
Oversee all loading activities to ensure timely and accurate shipment of finished goods
Monitor workload, staffing, and dock schedules to meet shipping deadlines
Coordinate priorities with production, planning, and logistics teams
Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly logistics/loading associates
Provide clear direction, training, and performance feedback
Support attendance management, productivity tracking, and engagement initiatives
