Join our Eneabba Project team as a Logistics Supervisor on a 2:1 roster. Reporting to the Superintendent, you'll coordinate the safe and efficient movement of materials, equipment and project assets, ensuring logistics operations support successful project delivery. Working closely with suppliers, transport providers and project teams, you'll play a key role in keeping the project moving. FIFO travel and site bus transport are provided.
Coordinate and oversee logistics and transport operations to support safe and efficient project delivery.
Manage transport providers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment and project assets with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor deliveries, transport schedules and associated documentation, providing timely updates on any changes or delays.
Maintain accurate logistics records, reporting and asset movement tracking.
Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across all logistics and transport activities.

Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification and successful completion of the DMIRS Statutory Supervisor Examination.
Certificate IV in Frontline Management (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years' experience in a logistics, transport or supply chain supervisory role, ideally within the mining, construction or resources sectors.
Strong knowledge of transport compliance, contractor management, heavy haulage and industrial equipment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and committed to maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards.
