- The Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children.
- The role involves supervising Kids Club Attendants, planning and coordinating appropriate age activities, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences for children and their families.
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, Hospitality, Leisure Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, hospitality, or educational environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Experience working in resorts, hotels, holiday parks, or family entertainment facilities is an advantage.
- Good command of English; additional languages are beneficial.
