- Plan and execute age appropriate recreational, educational, and entertainment activities
- Supervise team, manage schedules and activity programs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Work closely with other departments to create memorable family friendly experiences
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Recreation, Education, Childcare, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in Kids Club, recreation, childcare, or similar role within hospitality
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, or child safeguarding is an advantage
- Strong understanding of child safety, activity planning, guest service, and recreation operations
- Good command of English; additional languages an advantage
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak periods

- The Kids Club Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children.

About You
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Recreation, Education, Childcare, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Kids Club, recreation, childcare, or similar role within hospitality.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, or child safeguarding is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of child safety, activity planning, guest service, and recreation operations.
- Good command of English; additional languages an advantage.
- Positive, energetic, creative, and approachable personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong planning and problem solving abilities.
- Responsible, patient, attentive, and safety conscious.
