Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Participate in managing/monitoring employee relations issues including resolution and follow up
- Assist management in resolving HR problems
- Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance
- Inform HR management of employee relations issues

- Inform employees about employer/employee relations and employee activities
- Verify and ensure all personnel files are up to date
- Participate in planning and logistics of annual employee surveys

- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
- Follow all safety and security policies and report accidents
- Maintain confidentiality of hotel information
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- No certification required
