Responsibilities
- Assist in controlling and monitoring employee relations issues, including resolution and follow up actions
- Assist management and leadership team in handling and resolving HR problems
- Ensure all hiring and recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal laws and company policies
- Report employee relations issues to HR management
- Respond to employee and management questions regarding company HR programs, policies, and guidelines
- Disseminate information related to employer employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies
- Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
- Assist in logistics, administration, and organization of annual employee surveys
- Answer telephone calls and record messages
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Position Summary
- Assist in controlling and monitoring employee relations issues, including resolution and follow up actions.
- Assist and support management and leadership team in handling and resolving HR problems.
- Ensure all hiring and recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.
- Report HR management issues related to employee relations.
- Respond to employee and management questions, requests, and concerns regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Disseminate information related to employer employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
- Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I 9 forms).
- Assist in logistics, administration, and organization of annual employee surveys.
- Answer telephone calls and record messages.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Comply with all company safety and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Desired Aptitudes
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
