Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect cleaned guest rooms, public areas, and pool areas for quality and cleanliness.
• Run sold-room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, and prioritize cleaning.
• Update departing-room status and prepare, distribute, and communicate room-assignment changes.
• Document and resolve discrepant-room issues with the Front Desk and communicate issues to the next shift.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
• Follow safety and security procedures, report hazards and incidents, and complete required safety training.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional communication.
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, pushing carts, bending, standing, walking, and fine-motor tasks.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• No license or certification is specified.
