- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and service reports
- Monitor staff attendance and performance
- Ensure all cleaning operations are completed efficiently and according to company standards
- Maintain good communication with clients and team members
- Assist management with daily operational planning and reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience in home cleaning services, cleaning operations, or maintenance services is mandatory
- Strong experience in supervising cleaning staff and managing daily operations
- Ability to attend and handle customer calls professionally
- Excellent customer service and client communication skills
- Experience in preparing and managing quotations, invoices, and related documentation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to schedule staff, monitor attendance, and coordinate daily work activities
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE
- Experience working with platforms such as Urban Company, ServiceMarket, JustLife
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Good English communication skills
