Job Description
- Bustan Al Reef Technical & Cleaning Services is looking for a motivated and results driven Project Manager (Male/Female) on a commission based structure.
- We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team.
Compensation
- 40% commission on the net profit of every project successfully secured and completed.
- No fixed monthly salary.
- Commission will be paid project wise.
- Commission percentage will be finalized during the interview/meeting based on discussion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and secure new projects.
- Handle client communication and project coordination.
- Bring in projects related to: Painting & Wall Coating, General Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Facility Management Services.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
