Supervisor - Field Services Training

• Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Technical Education, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of technical training, certifications, and relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, learning management systems, and other business platforms. Working knowledge of root cause analysis, quality systems, and technical documentation practices.

• Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 50% as required to support training delivery, field evaluations, audits, customer training, and workforce development initiatives.
