Position Summary
The Supervisor-Engineering role maintains hotel tools, appliances, equipment, building systems, and facilities.
The position supports maintenance operations, employee supervision, guest repair requests, safety, and service standards.
Workplace and Schedule
- The position is located at 59th C Cross, 4th M Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- The schedule is full time and the role is not performed remotely.
Engineering Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, perform preventive maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters, and identify and operate shut-off valves.
- Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies while maintaining inventory and purchase order logs.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machines and record work-related information using computers.
- Complete life-safety checks, including fire-pump and generator run tests.
- Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems and assist with disaster response protocols.
- Respond to guest repair requests and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
