- Supervise day to day construction activities on project sites
- Coordinate and monitor work performed by site labor and subcontractors
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to achieve project objectives
- Monitor work progress and report daily site activities to management
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and safe work practices
- Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues affecting productivity or quality
- Coordinate material requirements with procurement and storekeeping teams
- Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges on site
- Verify completed work and ensure timely achievement of project milestones
- Maintain site records, reports, and daily progress documentation
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site operations, and workforce management
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Good communication and reporting skills

Position Summary
- Saeed Salem Khalfan SSK Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- The successful candidate will coordinate site labor, subcontractors, and resources while maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
