Role Overview
- As a Supervisor at ReFarm, you will be the on the ground leader responsible for overseeing the daily physical execution of our construction projects.
- You will act as the primary point of direction for site labor and subcontracted teams, ensuring that ReFarm's sustainable warehouse construction is built safely, efficiently, and to the exact specifications required by our innovative design.
