Job Description
The role supervises customer service activities and supports team performance, regulatory updates and customer issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily meetings about individual performance, RTA circular updates and registration legal requirements.
- Clarify customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Plan and schedule the duty roster.
- Maintain good relationships with RTA employees.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise a customer service team and communicate individual performance information.
- Ability to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Ability to plan and schedule duty rosters.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with RTA employees.
