- Five years experience in multi physician medical practice as Medical Assistant
- Supervisory experience preferred

Position Summary
- MaineHealth Primary Care – Family Medicine Portland is seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Operations to oversee daily clinical and operational functions.
- This role works collaboratively with providers, leadership, and staff to ensure efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, and a positive team environment.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. Must meet one of: graduated from accredited vocational institution or community college in Medical Assisting with 160 hours clinical experience; or completion of Adult Education Medical Assistant program and six months clinical experience; or one year
- License/Certifications: Current AAMA, NHA, AMT, or NCCT certification required. Current BLS certification required or obtain within 30 days. NH Med Tech License required for positions in New Hampshire.
- Experience: Five years experience in multi physician medical practice as Medical Assistant required. Supervisory experience preferred.
