About the Role
1847 Men Salon is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to ensure cleanliness standards, manage cleaning schedules, allocate resources, and assist with budget preparation. Requires knowledge of safety standards and ability to liaise with subcontractors.

Responsibilities
- Review, prepare and update cleaning schedule and work assignment and ensure that they are implemented and followed by the staff.
- Determine expected overtime and Liaise with planning and operation support section to allocate resources, keeping and opening line of communication to ensure their optimum usage at all the time
- Plan and attend department/cross functional meetings and training sessions, works in accordance with instructions received and ensure all staff work according to laid system and procedures.
- Assist project manager with preparation of annual budget for respective cost centre and provide suggestion for the improvement and cost reduction without compromising standard. Monitor expenditures on regular basis.
- Liaise with Health and Safety to provide daily manpower status and update permit to work.
- Meet with subcontractors on daily basis to follow up on their contracted activities for the particular site.
Requirements

- Be aware of the safety standard of responsibility and ensure staff are working accordingly.
