Supervisor, Benefit Distribution and Installation (50544)

• Develop, manage, and lead a team of 3A+ self-accountable professionals.

• BA/BS degree in business or a related field and/or five years experience in health insurance/ health benefit industry; preferred.
• Two plus years experience directing and supervising staff to expected performance objectives and job expectations preferred.
• Intermediate skill using word-processing and spreadsheet and mail utility software.
• Highly skilled at problem solving with ability to be decisive and take action as necessary.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, with attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate knowledge level in the structure of health insurance and benefit material requirements in California, Arizona as well as federal requirements for ERISA self-funded benefit plans.
• Intermediate knowledge of health benefits products for insured and self-funded clients.
• Advanced level of knowledge in the structure of groups and clients to ensure compliance with the Health Care Processing System for report generation purposes and data retrieval purposes
