Operational Coordination
- Allocate operational resources based on daily operational requirements and flight schedules.
- Coordinate daily operational schedules for aircraft ground support services.
- Coordinate with Maintenance regarding planned and unplanned equipment downtime.
- Monitor equipment utilization and ensure scheduled aircraft service activities are completed on time.
Supervision and Compliance
- Conduct operational briefings before each shift and operational activity.
- Ensure proper shift handover and takeover between operational teams.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and support operational staff.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, airline procedures, airport regulations, and safety standards.
- Verify that operational and safety inspections are completed before equipment deployment.
Records and Resources
- Monitor inventory levels of operational materials and consumables.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate operational records.
- Perform administrative and operational duties assigned by the Duty Manager or management.
- Ensure operational KPIs are achieved and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in aviation, airport operations, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airport operations, airline operations, ground handling, or aviation support services.
- Previous resource planning, staff allocation, and shift supervision experience is preferred.
- Experience with specialized airport equipment or Ground Support Equipment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of aircraft ground servicing operations is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Good understanding of airport operations, airside safety requirements, and airline procedures.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Work Schedule
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
