- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments including grocery, fresh food, cashiering, and stock management

- Supervise, train, and motivate store employees to achieve performance targets
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties effectively
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching when necessary

- Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and wastage through effective control measures

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supermarket, hypermarket, or retail store operations, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
