- Monitor productivity of scaffolding activities and ensure timely completion
- Develop clear plans for scaffolding, load analysis, and manpower
- Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with HSE standards
- Allocate and manage manpower and resources according to project schedule and budget
- Prepare work procedures and training materials for scaffolding activities
Requirements
- Experience in scaffolding management in shipbuilding or similar heavy industry
- Knowledge of HSE standards and procedures
- Ability to plan and allocate manpower and resources
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Job Overview
- Ensure all scaffolding work is executed safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with technical specifications and company policies.
- Perform scaffolding management in accordance with documented plans and continually improve productivity.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor productivity of all scaffolding activities including subcontractors.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop new processes and systems.
- Develop clear plans for scaffolding, load analysis, block transportation, and manpower.
- Plan and monitor materials for scaffolding and consumables.
- Pursue zero harm by ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
- Allocate and manage manpower and resources, monitor costs against budget.
- Plan and manage use of Shipyard space.
- Prepare work procedures and instructions for scaffolding activities.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training for workers and production managers.
- Assist HR with workforce related issues.
- Maintain close relationships with Planning, Project Management, and other groups.
Requirements
- Experience in scaffolding management in shipbuilding or similar industry.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and procedures.
- Ability to plan and allocate manpower and resources.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
