Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects from mobilization through closeout.

This role ensures that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, company standards, schedules, and budgets.

The Superintendent serves as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal project teams while maintaining strong communication with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, clients, and vendors.

• Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Ensure all work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, permits, and applicable building codes.
• Coordinate daily construction activities and sequencing of subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and maintain production schedules.
• Identify potential delays and proactively develop recovery plans.

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, deliveries, and equipment.
• Coordinate equipment and material orders with the Warehouse Manager, ensuring sufficient lead time to prevent project delays.
• Verify that labor, materials, and equipment are available when required.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve field coordination issues.
