Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution of subsea pipeline pre commissioning operations offshore and onshore
- Ensure mobilization, testing, and safe operation of pre commissioning spreads
- Coordinate with technicians, operators, mechanics, subcontractors, engineers, and client representatives
- Monitor parameters such as pressure, flowrate, temperature, and chemical injection, ensuring accurate logging and reporting
- Verify readiness of equipment, consumables, and chemicals for each activity
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with PTW, HSE regulations, and company policies
- Prepare onsite operational reports and compile dossiers including test records, calibration certificates, and reports
- Report progress, deviations, and propose solutions to pre commissioning engineers
- Lead troubleshooting during anomalies or equipment issues
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Offshore, or Pipeline Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of offshore pipeline pre commissioning experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong communication skills in English
- In depth knowledge of DNV ST F101, API standards, and other relevant international codes
- Strong technical understanding of pre commissioning equipment (suction pumps, flooding pumps, chemical injection units, compressors, air dryers)
- Proven ability to manage large teams (30+ personnel) during pre commissioning phases
- Familiarity with QE LNG project specifications and offshore operating practices highly preferred

Purpose of the Position
- As Subsea Pipeline Pre commissioning Supervisor, you will be part of Subsea Department within our Qatar Project.

What are we looking for?
