Collaborate with Proposal & Construction teams to identify subcontracting needs and suppliers during bid preparation;
In collaboration with key stakeholders, prepare subcontracting strategies, cost estimates, and risk assessments for inclusion in bids;

Contract Development & Negotiation
In collaboration with Proposal & Construction teams;

Contract Administration & Compliance

Claims & Dispute Management
Identify potential claims early and implement strategies to mitigate disputes;
Manage resolution of subcontractor claims, variations, and disputes in collaboration with legal and project teams;
Prepare documentation and support negotiations or arbitration as required.
Risk & Change Management
Assess contractual risks and develop mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle;
Manage change orders and ensure timely incorporation into subcontract agreements;
Communicate impacts of changes on cost, schedule, and scope to stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
Minimum 7+ years of experience in subcontract management within construction or EPC projects;
Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management principles;
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Proficiency in contract management systems and MS Office Suite;
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
Established project management skills;
An essential component of this position is business travel, mainly to the United States.
