We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the divisional President and leadership team of our Construction division. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role is critical to ensuring the efficiency, coordination, and professionalism of business operations.

The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, providing proactive support that enables focus on high-impact priorities. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders in a dynamic corporate environment;
