10 Design is a global architecture and masterplanning practice working across architecture, masterplanning, landscape, and interiors.
The practice is part of 10N Collective and Egis, with studios across the UK, Asia, the Middle East, and the US.
The Dubai studio supports the practice’s Middle East presence and regional client service.
Role Overview
The Studio Lead will lead the Dubai studio, grow the practice across the UAE and wider Middle East, strengthen client relationships, and oversee regional project delivery.
The role connects regional opportunities and project teams with the capability of 10 Design’s global design studios.
Regional Leadership and Growth
- Lead the Dubai presence and act as a senior representative in the UAE and wider Middle East.
- Build relationships with clients, developers, investors, operators, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners.
- Identify opportunities, support bids and proposals, and contribute to the regional growth strategy.
- Bring market intelligence on client needs, competitor activity, procurement trends, and emerging opportunities into the business.
