The practice works on buildings, cities, transport-oriented developments, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, residential, research, civic and cultural projects.
Role Overview
The Site Architect role is responsible for architectural integrity, construction submission review, project compliance and coordination of architectural elements.
The role includes technical leadership, mentorship, Assurance oversight and detailed review of architectural packages.
Architectural Package Review
- Review the current IFC package and perform QA/QC against architectural specifications.
- Identify shortcomings, discrepancies and scope gaps in plans, elevations, sections, details and other architectural documentation.
- Ensure front-of-house, common, back-of-house and service-room finishes and details comply with project requirements.
- Review standard details, external fixtures and additional information needed for clarity and constructability.
