Required qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or bachelor's degree program in c omputer s cience, i nformation t echnology, b usiness or a related field
• Strong interest in technology support, end-user services and learning new technical skills
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems and common software applications
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems and identify practical solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in easy-to-understand language
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Interest in learning about cloud-based data environments, services and development practices

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience providing customer service or technical support through work, school, volunteer or extracurricular activities
• Interest in emerging technologies, continuous learning and improving how data solutions are built and supported
• Familiarity with an d interest in computer deployment, software installation or technology asset management practices
• Exposure to data, reporting or visualization tools through school, work or personal projects
• Exposure to audiovisual equipment, meeting room technology or collaboration tools
