Domain Lead (Loan Application Workflow)

What you’ll do

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, information technology or a related field
• At least 10 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Progressive leadership experience, including inspiring, influencing and aligning teams and stakeholders toward shared outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed environments, with or without direct authority
• Experience defining strategic direction and translating business priorities into actionable plans and outcomes
• Strong understanding of Agile product delivery principles and experience working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and cross-functional delivery teams
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and balance strategic transformation, innovation and operational stability
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies and business capabilities
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams and business partners
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, learn quickly and make sound decisions in evolving environments
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive and team-focused culture

Preferred qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting the design, implementation and continuous improvement of lending application workflows and related business capabilities
• Experience working on technology-enabled business transformation initiatives
• Experience within a financial institution or highly regulated industry
• Experience in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience leading work within Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• Experience working on enterprise technology, digital transformation or modernization initiatives
