Summary of responsibilities

• On behalf of the organization, the Client Experience team aims to ensure a smooth and efficient screening experience for passengers by answering their questions prior to travel. Post-travel, the Client Experience team handles passenger complaints and claims through a fair, responsive, and complete review.
• The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• · Provides administrative support for the Client Experience team by triaging voicemail and submissions through CATSA’s website;
• · Assists with the drafting of written responses for public complaints, claims and inquiries in both official languages;
• · Prepares, updates and maintains electronic files;
• · Assists in the identification of trends in public inquiries and complaints to help improve current procedures and website and social media content.
