Position Overview
The Student Analyst, Business Performance and Analytics supports BDC managers and executives through business intelligence, performance analysis, financial analysis, and dashboard development.
The role contributes to analytical models, Power BI dashboards, and performance measurement tools across Financing, Growth and Transition Capital, and Advisory Services.

Employment Duration
- This role is temporary for four months.
Performance and Business Analysis
- Support the development and rollout of performance scorecards by translating strategic priorities, regional objectives, and business needs into indicators and dashboards.
- Use models and reports to identify trends, highlight results, and provide insights for management decisions.
