Position Overview
The Assistant Vice President, Application Services leads BDC's software engineering organization.
The role provides engineering capabilities, platforms, and talent for business and digital transformation.
The role is accountable for the excellence, reliability, security, and continuous evolution of the application portfolio.

Engineering Leadership
- Lead software development, quality assurance, and engineering management teams.
- Advance engineering excellence through modern methodologies, automation, DevSecOps, and lifecycle management.
- Track quality, reliability, security, developer productivity, and technical debt reduction.
- Lead cloud adoption, platform modernization, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Evolve development toolchains, CI/CD, self-service capabilities, and platform engineering practices.
- Lead responsible adoption of AI-enabled software engineering and generative AI.
