Cultivates and manages strategic partnerships with campus departments, student organizations, and external collaborators; authorizes co-sponsored events and maintains governance of the master programming calendar to ensure strategic alignment and avoid conflicts.
Provides administrative oversight for all risk-management documentation including risk forms, incident reports, permits, contracts, and insurance requests, by interpreting policy requirements and approving submissions in alignment with university, legal, and operational regulations.
Establishes and governs event-execution standards, including run-of-show frameworks, staffing models, logistics protocols, and load-in/out processes; directs student staff and volunteers to ensure consistent, compliant, high-quality program delivery.
